Introduction

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Account Responsibilities

Players are solely and fully responsible for all activity that occurs under their wking88 account. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access the Platform on your behalf.

Deposits & Payment Methods

wking88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for most local payment methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 (or MYR 50 for BTC). wking88 reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum deposit limits at its discretion and without prior notice.

• All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits made via approved methods are generally credited to the Player's account within a few seconds to a few minutes, subject to payment provider processing times.
• wking88 does not charge Players a deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider or bank may impose its own transaction fees, for which wking88 bears no responsibility.

• wking88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large deposits and to request supporting documentation confirming the source of funds.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real-money balances subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• The Player's account must have passed full KYC verification, including submission and approval of a valid government-issued identity document.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements applicable to the Player's current balance must have been fully met prior to the withdrawal request.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Player's applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits for their VIP tier.
• The Player's account must be in good standing — no active fraud investigation, pending dispute, or security hold must be in place.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method from which the corresponding deposit was made, where technically feasible.

Standard processing times for withdrawals are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes; local bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX are typically processed within 1 to 3 business hours; cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed on-chain within 30 to 60 minutes depending on network conditions. Bonuses & Promotions

wking88 periodically offers bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonus offers are governed by the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which are to be read alongside these general Terms. The following provisions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the individual promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated on the promotion page.
• As a general baseline, most welcome and reload bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 20x and 35x the bonus amount. Specific promotions may carry different requirements.
• Certain game categories — including but not limited to live casino games and specific table games — may contribute at a reduced percentage toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Contribution rates are listed on individual promotion pages.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any unclaimed bonus or bonus balance that has not been wagered by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• Bonuses and promotional credits cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively to bets already placed.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the wking88 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game providers and operate on certified random number generation systems. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are indicative theoretical values over long-run statistical cycles and do not guarantee specific results within any given session.

• Players acknowledge and accept that all bets placed are final once confirmed. wking88 will not reverse or amend confirmed bets except in cases where a manifest technical error can be demonstrated.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wking88 Platform. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited activity will be subject to immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and possible referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraudulent conduct — including the use of stolen payment methods, false identity documentation, or misrepresentation of any personal information.
• Multi-accounting — the creation or use of more than one account by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details.

• Use of automated software — including bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to automate betting decisions or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or exploiting technical loopholes to claim bonuses beyond the permitted limits, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Money laundering — depositing funds on the Platform and withdrawing them without genuine gambling activity, or using the Platform to layer or integrate proceeds of illegal activity.
• Chargebacks — filing fraudulent payment chargebacks with your bank or payment provider in respect of deposits already credited and used on the Platform.

Responsible Gambling

wking88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player community. We recognise that gambling can become harmful if not conducted within personal limits and with full awareness of the risks involved. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible play:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service thereon, including those arising from technical faults, maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials;
• Any reliance on information, content, or materials displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability in circumstances where such limitation or exclusion is not permitted by law, including in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation by wking88.

Suspension & Termination

wking88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player is found to have breached these Terms, any applicable promotion terms, or any wking88 policy;
• wking88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct on the part of the Player;
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC;
• A regulatory obligation, court order, or applicable law requires wking88 to restrict or close the account;
• The Player is found to be under the age of 21.

A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting wking88 customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after fulfilment of all applicable requirements will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings are not eligible for return upon voluntary closure unless the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

Amendments to These Terms

wking88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, wking88 will endeavour to notify Players by publishing a notice on the Platform or by direct communication to registered email addresses. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which wking88 operates its gaming licence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and wking88 arising from the use of the Platform, the Player must in the first instance contact wking88 customer support to attempt resolution. wking88 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 30 days of formal notification. Disputes not resolved through this process may be referred to independent arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

Players accessing the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with their local laws. wking88 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
